河海大学(河海,Hohai University),创立于1915年,坐落于江苏省南京市,是教育部直属,教育部、水利部、国度陆地局与江苏省人民国度共建全国重点大学,国度“环球一流学科树立高校”,国度“211工程”重点树立、“985工程长处学科翻新平台”树立以及设立钻研生院的高校。该校中选国度“111方案”“杰出工程师教育造就方案”“国度级大在校生翻新守业训练方案”“国度树立高水平大学公派钻研生名目”“国度级新工科钻研与通常名目”、中国国度奖学金来华留在校生接纳院校、国度大在校生文明素质教育基地、全国高校通常育人翻新守业基地。[1]
河海大学其学脉可追溯到1915年创立的“河海工程专门学校”。1927年并入国立第四中山大学,后更名为国立中央大学、南京大学。1952年南京大学水利系、交通大学水利系、同济大学土木系水利组、浙江大学土木系水利组以及华东水利专迷信校兼并成立“华东水利学院”。1981年学校成为首批博士、硕士学位授予单位。1985年,华东水利学院更名为河海大学,复原了“河海”传统校名。

The history of Hohai University can be traced back to the establishment of “Hohai Engineering School” in 1915. 1927 It was merged into the Fourth National Sun Yat-sen University and later renamed National Central University and Nanjing University. 1952 The Department of Water Conservancy of Nanjing University, the Department of Water Conservancy of Jiao Tong University, the Department of Water Conservancy of Civil Engineering of Tongji University, the Department of Water Conservancy of Civil Engineering of Zhejiang University, and the East China College of Water Conservancy were merged to form East China College of Water Conservancy. In 1981, the university became one of the first batch of institutions granting doctoral and master’s degrees. In 1985, East China Institute of Water Conservancy was renamed Hohai University, restoring the traditional name of “Hohai”.
